In 2012, Emma started her main self-titled YouTube channel.
In her teenage years, she fell into depression as she was going through a rough phase in her life of being bullied, her parents were separating, the stress of exams, and a hormonal change.
At the age of 17, Emma’s fear of losing her father grew to such an extent that she began to suffer from separation anxiety.
In the past, Emma used to work as a waitress.
Her first YouTube channel was titled “Pink Fluffy Hat Time”, and she later created her 2nd channel “These Silent Seas” which she stopped using after a while.
In 2013, she uploaded a music video to her YouTube channel titled “Go The Distance” from her EP, Distance which was viewed by more than a million times. Her EP made it to the #1 spot on the iTunes Rock chart in the first week of its release.
In 2015, she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.
In December 2016, her video “YouTube Heros (Parody)” was included in TenEighty‘s list of “Five of the Best: Parody Videos”.
In 2017, Emma started her Vevo channel to which she uploaded her music videos like “Nothing Without You”, “Don’t Come Home”, and “Magnetised”.
